AI & Health Safety Notice
Last updated: 9 July 2026
Fitimio helps you store and organize diet, workout, health metric, allergy, condition, and goal data. Connected AI assistants can request relevant Fitimio data through MCP tools.
This notice explains the safety limits of that setup.
1. Fitimio is not medical care
Fitimio is a wellness and personal tracking product. It is not a doctor, dietitian, therapist, pharmacist, emergency service, or medical device.
Fitimio does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure disease. It does not decide whether a food, supplement, medication, workout, or diet is medically safe for you.
2. Connected AI assistants can be wrong
AI assistants may generate incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsafe responses. They may misunderstand your data or produce confident answers that are still wrong.
You should not rely on AI responses for:
- emergencies;
- severe allergy decisions;
- medication interactions;
- eating disorders;
- pregnancy or breastfeeding;
- diabetes, kidney disease, heart disease, gastrointestinal disease, or other medical conditions;
- symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, or disease management.
3. What Fitimio tools are meant to do
Fitimio MCP tools are intended to provide structured user-controlled data and simple tracking actions, such as:
- returning your logged meals;
- returning your goals and metrics;
- returning your shopping list;
- returning user-provided allergies, conditions, and food restrictions;
- logging a meal or updating a list when you request it.
Fitimio tools are not intended to provide medical conclusions or emergency advice.
4. Conditions and allergies
If you store conditions, allergies, medications, or restrictions in Fitimio, this data is user-provided context. It may help a connected assistant avoid obvious mismatches, but it is not a medical safety clearance.
For allergies, check labels, manufacturer warnings, cross-contamination information, and professional advice. For serious allergies, do not rely on AI-generated answers.
5. Self-harm, crisis, and eating disorder safety
Do not use Fitimio or connected AI assistants for self-harm instructions, dangerous weight loss, starvation, purging, or emergency mental health support.
If you may harm yourself or someone else, contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately.
If you have or may have an eating disorder, use Fitimio only with appropriate professional support.
6. Your responsibility
You are responsible for deciding whether to follow any suggestion from an AI assistant. Before making important health decisions, consult a qualified professional who understands your personal situation.
7. How to use Fitimio more safely
- Keep your profile, allergies, conditions, goals, and medications accurate.
- Treat AI answers as suggestions, not instructions.
- Verify nutrition labels and ingredient lists.
- Avoid using AI for urgent symptoms or serious conditions.
- Ask a professional before changing medication, treatment, fasting, supplements, or disease-specific diets.
